Reflection
- How can you develop the amount and variety of media you consume?
- What will you change in your media consumption habits this year as a result of studying A Level Media?
- List three sources of media (websites/newspapers/apps/TV programmes etc.) that you will start to access this year that you haven't engaged with previously.
Hi Harvey - this audit needs completing properly. For a media student, you do not seem to engage with the media very often...no radio, barely any news, no magazines, no film...you have left the social media bit blank without even responding to it and you have not completed the reflection suggesting what you could do differently to ensure that you are giving yourself time to engage with the media on a regular basis. You should join Twitter and follow people who are influential in the Media (think about the people from the Institution lessons). You should borrow the Media magazine and read it. You should read about what Apps are influential at the moment and think about accessing the media now that you are studying it at a higher level.
